Work load, finish time with person specific averages

Hi everyone, Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with my issue. I am just now getting started working with excel and I have a good feeling that it is going to really come in handy. I would like to figure out how I can take this daily dock setup sheet and have it estimate a finish time in hours, also keep track of each persons individual work load for the day. If at all possible I would like to be able to give each person a different average of pounds per hour because all the loaders load at different rates. I will normally just fill in the Loader column with 1 of the 12 loaders names. On trucks where 2 people will load, to make it less complicated, I would like to just split the weight in half when determining the total workload for that loader. Again thanks very much!
