Hi all,

Wondering if someone knows the answer to this one - I have an excel template where the data is formatted in rows with Column A containing the row labels.

Is it possible to do a mail merge with this? Or is that just a limitation?

Thanks!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
I'm sure there's a better way to do it, but I did it by recording a macro that pasted as transposed in another sheet location and then used the mail merge operation to pull from that sheet. You should also be able to hide that sheet if you don't want users to see it or visual clutter.
