Erm...technically admins make the change, but that's just to go in and change the titles. It's the MVP group/majority concensus what nominates/"votes" on MVPs. :)
 
True. I suppose you could reach out to any MVP... Would that be more productive than contacting an Admin? Possibly…

But, to be sure, this forum isn't the appropriate channel for suggestions regarding third party membership status, "friendly" or not.
