Good Day,

Is it possible to vlookup a value and will show either the second match or third match? I'm trying to vlookup a value but it will only show the first match.

On Column L, I used the formula that you gave me earlier. Now on Column M2, this should show as "LATE" which is came from Column H.

Try this array formula** entered in M2:

=IF(L2="","",INDEX(H$2:H$16,MATCH(1,IF(A$2:A$16=L2,IF(B$2:B$16=J2,1)),0)))

** array formulas need to be entered using the key
combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER).
Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key
then hit ENTER.
