Hi. I have problem with excel but i cant explain. please help me

Do you have numbers entered as text or are you referring to actual text as in words? Can you post a small sample with results you are looking for?
The examples above with the SMALL function need to be numeric.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
