Vlookup Fetching Error #N/A

Hi all ,

I am having problem with vlookup. It is fetching #N/A error eventhough the lookup table matches with most part of the lookupvalue.

I don't know whether if other formulas can be used for this scenario.

Thank you but i want to know about the books because i Can't be online for some time . I want to learn through books.

As suggested i went through Amazon and found many books about Excel charts.

Kindly help me in choosing the Best Book for advanced users.

I am looking for charts as well as dashboards.
