Vlookup a bit modified

I need my vlookup to lookup the value in one row, but return the column value one row below.

Is there a possibility?

This is getting confusing now.
Basically, I just need to change the part where it takes the value from the last column to use it from the column the formula is in + 1.

I need to change the first index attribute. I will try.
