Vlook up macro

I know how to use vlookup as a function

but i need to create a macro

1) create a button that when click would perform the macro

2) the macro will perform the vlookup function

i need help!

For the step with autofill, if the range will be changing, how do you program the macro so that the autofill is dynamic?

I've been using a vlookup and running through a loop (redefine the ranges each time the macro runs), but I'd really like to understand how to make autofill work for me.

I've decided to create a few variables for use in the autofill arguments. My code isn't done yet, so for now, ok to ignore my post (I'll try to delete it).

If I get stuck again, I'll start another reply.
