Verify Whether a Day # Falls Into A Date Range

I have the dates 01/28/2025 in cell B1 and 02/04/2025 in cell B2. I have just a number 3 in cell A4. I want a formula that will return a "Y" since the 3rd day of the month falls in this range.

What formula can I put in cell B4 to return just a simple "Y"?

=IF(OR(DAY(SEQUENCE(B2-B1+1,,B1))=A4),"Y","N")
