VBAPassword after closing Excel

Hi all,

I have a strange issue with my Excel file with VBA program. When ever it is opened in Xp platform and if it is saved before closing, after exiting a new window asking VBAPassword. Either entering correct password or entering cancel 2-3 times that window getting closed. This situation does not arise if I do not save that file before closing. Same file I opened in Windows 7, it never asked for VBAPassword. Can any one give any solution for the same.

By the way Excel version in xp is 2007 and on Windows 7 is 2010. Strangely I used Workbook_BeforeClose code "thisworkbook.saved=true" so that it should not pop msg while closing for save and close without save. But here also it is asking VBApassword after excel exit. If any one has any answer pl tell.
