VBA to insert and resize photos

Hi guys,

I have a list of product codes in column A and I need to insert the corresponding photos stored in a local folder.

Once the photo is inserted, I would need it to be resized to match the cell size (lock aspect ratio, ShapeRange.Height = 144).

Any help is appreciated,
