VBA to choose pic, and insert into specified merged cell

Hi All

I need help with a code that i want to apply to my Button that does as such.

Choose a pic from desktop, and insert it into specified Cell(Merged). The pic should then be centered in the cell, and enlarged/shrank to fit, while maintaining it's aspect ratio.

Appreciate any help that you guys can render.
 
or try inserting this line in the same place which does the same job

Can i trouble you for an extra code? in the whole code so far, to add the code to check if the cell has a picture. if so, delete it first before adding the picture. or to clear the cell of any picture before adding the picture.
