Hi, why do i get "Sort method of range class failed for the below?

With shtAsset
  .Range("A5").Sort Key1:=.Range("P6"), Order1:=xlAscending, _
    Key2:=.Range("E6"), Order2:=xlAscending, Key3:=.Range("G6"), Order3:=xlDescending, Header:=xlGuess, _
     ordercustom:=1, MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, DataOption1:=xlSortNormal
 End With

The ranges need to be flexible not fixed
