Hello everyone

Updated to 2016 and it seems alot of the VBA functions are missing?

Is anyone else seeing this situation?

What is the solution, besides going back to 2011?

Any other options for some simple auto-calculations-----is there a way to calc sheets and do queries using formulas instead of VBA?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
The VB editor is basic compared to other versions at the moment, but vba functionality should be OK. What are you missing from 2011 specifically?

Hi Rory

Well, the buttons in my file don't work now to run the VBA.

Get the message when I open the file- that it isn't supported and wants to only open in read-only?

Its from the 2008 era and was a .xls which I changed to .xlsx

Suggestions?

Your buttons don't work because they are ActiveX and that is not supported on the Mac. You'll have to change them to Form controls.
