VBA, form to display dynamic charts, selected by buttons and comboboxes

Hello, very new to VBA, mid-level at excel.
This is my first project and i need help. I have two sheets, one name TEMP and the other HUM.
They contain climate data, mean temperatures per month for every state and HUM contain Humidity values.

So, i design a form with 2 Buttons ( to select the sheet TEMP or HUM), 3 comboboxes (One for select the table, one to select A or B and on more to select the month) and an image to display the produced chart.

I'm very new to VBA, so every help is accepted!!!!
