VBA code to sum from above 5 cells to below 5 cells and selection middle cell from drop down box of column list in excel

If row 19 is selected, then 5 cells above that row + 5 cells below that row sum to 9.92E+06. I don't see what that is on your sample data.

I corrected the range and the sum: 5 above and below row 19 in the E column totals 1.71E+07
And, in the I column the sum is 3096922

It can be any number, OI column data will change for every minute, just need vba code for all this process. The size of the E column need to expand to see the proper number digit.
