I have a combo box linked to cell "AE1". When the value in ("AE1") is "Yes", i need rows 40:41 to hide. And when it shows "No" in the box, i need rows 40:41 to be visible again. It needs to work in real time. Can anyone help me with the VBA code for this? Thanks

With this little trick the rows will Toggle from Hidden to Unhidden with any change to the Combobox
You can enter anything you want just so there is some change that occurs.

Code:
Private Sub ComboBox1_Change()
'Modified  1/28/2019  6:47:21 AM  EST
Rows("40:41").Hidden = Not Rows("40:41").Hidden
End Sub
