V lookup Help!

I am trying to populate sheet 1 with the previous months data from sheet 2.

Basically i have a drop down where projects put there RAG each month. I want Row 19 to use last months data (Sheet 2).

Row C column 12 has the name of the project. Sheet 2, RAG is column C.

I have clipped the example sheets below. I would like a V lookup in Row 10 Column B sheet 1 to pull Project 1s (C3) RAG from last month on sheet 2
