V Lookup Error

Why is this formula returning 0 instead of the text that is contained in the cell it refers to?

=VLOOKUP($K3,Sheet2!A$1:B$110,2,0)

It does not happen in every cell it is in.

What is in K3?
Can you post what is in columns A and B of the row on Sheet2 that matches what is in K3?
