find first cell containing text in a range

Hi all

If possible I'm hoping someone can kindly provide a formula for the following please;

In Z1 I would like a formula to look at the range U6:AJ15 and return the text of the first cell that contains text.

Hope this makes sense

Great idea but the data might not be 1 character. To make it more robust, something like this:
