I am trying to generate printable stickers using Mail Merge from Data I have in Excel.

The Data I have:

Using Mail Merge it turns into this as the Font changes from Code 128 in Excel and into Calibri in Word:

Ideally, I would like it to look like the first record automatically but I had to format it individually to change the Font to Code 128 and increase the size to 22.

Is there any way I can do this automatically for all records or at least a better method of doing this?

Additional:

Is it also possible to have the matching records for example from A2 and F2 be generated next to each other in Word like this:

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
