Hi, i have an embedded wav file in excel by using insert. -> object. But how do I play it without opening windows media player? Whenever I double click the file or call for it, it opens windows media player. Any idea how should I do using vba code? Please help. Thanks.

If my file name is abc.wav. and it is saved under the same workbook file as my workbook. so my code should be this?

Code:
WAVFile = "abc.wav"
    WAVFile = ThisWorkbook.Path & "\" & WAVFile

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I have tried. if i am doing that, means my file is not embedded. when i dun have my main wav file, the codes cannot work.
