I have heard you can use excel to send emails. Would it be possible to allocate a number in a cell to an email address then use the data in the cell next to it and add a bit of text that i want run the macro then it sends the e-mail? if it is possible and you need more info please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks, works great. Just one thing, they go into my Outbox but I have to go into each individual e-mail and then press send otherwise they just stay in my outbox. Anyway they can go in my outbox and get sent on my next scheduled send/receive? Or am I being really lazy now?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
They should just go on your next send/receive. I can't test as my e-mail is still down.

Hi VoG. Is there anway this code can be tweaked so that any row that say has number 11 can be sent on the same e-mail. At the moment if there are 5 rows for number 11 it will send 5 different e-mails. Could they be sent on the same e-mail, so the data from each cell in 'B' could be sperated by a comma then 'is in minus' added on the end?

Thanks.

I think that you could do it like this. I cannot test as there is a problem with Virgin Media e-mail :(

Code:
Addys = Array("addy1;anotheraddy", "addy2", "addy3", "addy4", "addy5", "addy6", "addy7", "addy8", "addy9", "addy10", "addy11")

I am getting some e-mails returned to me saying 'System Administrator - Undeliverable, and it is always the first e-mail out of the 2 for the specific number?
