Hello everyone

I can easily separate quarterly balance sheets by quarter in excel.
Is it possible to do this in a power query? Please help if possible.

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)

I am sure the Power Query experts on the board would be willing to help. However, it would be great if you could provide some sample data (not real data, of course - even if the data in the above screenshots does not contain any reference to a company or person, someone who knows you personally can relate balance sheets to the real life) instead of attaching a workbook especially if it contains macro since nobody prefers to open a macro workbook downloaded from the Internet. Besides, the service where you uploaded your file requires membership to download it.

Hello,

I checked, there is no macro software in my file.company balance sheetIt's okay as its data is public information. I hope the Power query experts can help if there is a solution.
thank you very much

I would:
Unpivot those year/month columns
Add a suffix /02
Convert to date
Extract/Transform to quarter and year
Combine those columns
Pivot these columns in a standard pivot. ( Prefer that over doping a pivot in PQ)

Thank you but unfortunately I did not understand what you wrote and
I also realized that I was asking the wrong question.
By creating new columns. Some lines are processed with an "if function", while others are not.
