Hello - I was wondering if it possible to import conditional clauses into an already existing Power BI table. we have multiple vendors and daily transactions that need cleaning up to make them look more uniform. like we do not need invoice numbers or posting dates from our systems when pulling the raw data into the power BI table. is there a way if I were to setup a separate spreadsheet with the formatting/clauses that I need for it to work? i already have some clauses in place but to manually do over 100 clauses would take forever. thank you for any help and advice. please let me know if more information is needed and I can hopefully help elaborate further.

Thank you - I see how it works now kind of, but do I put this formula when I "transform data" in the GL_DetailReportCondensed Table or on the separate tab I had created. I made a tab in PowerbI to pull the information I needed from the gathered raw data (the spreadsheets I use) which is the first screenshot I had sent you previously. That is where I want my finaal result to be.

Also the GL_DetailReportCondensed has a bunch of applied steps already (see screenshot below) - do i add the formula you gave me as the next step or create a column in my new tab (what i would export from powerbi) so what do i need to change in the query you gave to match what i have with the naming of the sheet/tables.

Sorry for all the back and forward but power bi isnt as straight forward as Excel so im learning as i go and it isnt the easiest to grasp.

thank you again for all your help - i have been really struggling to figure this out while learning the right formulas in powerbi that are available.
