Use of a shape in concatenated formula

I currently use a concatenated formula that provides an outcome along the lines of "162 up", for example. I would like to replace the word "up" with an upward pointing arrow.

Is it possible to write a concatenated formula such that it uses a shape (from Excel 2007) rather than the term "up"?
