URGENT! HOW to Insert specific row and copy/ paste some REQUIRED data?

Hi there,


Greeting! I have very big and serious problem. I am doing the work manually and it take long time like 2-3 days. I want some function/macro whatever your solution.


Problem: I would like to formula/macro look the value in front of "count" mention cell (i.e B14) and insert double blank row below B14 with paste color and size values with item number. Please check my problem sheet of "BEFORE" & "AFTER" tab for more detail.
