Upgrade assist to a formula

Good Morning,
Last year our client asked that we randomly select two work ticket to audit, and the people of the page responded ! Now they want to increase the count of Audits to at least 3 or at most 5 here is what we have for getting 2 random audits. how can change it to do up to 5, at least 3
