Update Worksheet data from a user form

Dear All

I have some controls namely Text Box's , Combo Box's and List Box's on a user form and I want the user to be able to update data in these and the updates be posted back to the correct cell in the worksheet.

My First ListBox the user chooses the line (Row) in which the updates will be posted to. Therefore How do i get the other controls on the user form to relate back to this same row (different columns) ? All I seem to be able to do is get it to populate to the next empty row
