I have a selection of English Counties

The grey areas are not mapped even though the data is there and is verified as geographic data for example
Cumbria
38,722

Is not mapped even though it is part of the series1. It seems that there is a disconnect between the official counties list and the map. It seems incredible that microsoft have not addressed this. Does anyone have a work around?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
I tried the disambiguation technique mention in MS forum

It made no difference. The data was sent to Bing and Cumbria is still missing!
