Trouble with Typing a Post on here on MrExcel

I understand what Peter is saying now. I have my IE setup where I do not see the menu he mentioned.

I also was able to resolve the issue by going to Settings>General Settings>Basic Editor (at the bottom).
 
If you hover over the Gear icon it says "Tools".
