I have a user form with a toggle button which calls two different macros when the button is pressed. I'm trying to stop running both macros when the button is depressed but not sure of the correct command. I've been searching all over the internet without any luck. I'm sure it's something very simple Below is the code I currently have.

Private Sub ToggleButton1_Click()
If ToggleButton1 = True Then
ToggleButton1.Caption = "Start"
Call Calculate_Range
Call DisplayTime
Else
ToggleButton1.Caption = "Stop"
End If
End Sub

I don't really understand your problem, isn't this what you were asking for
which give me the months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds from current date to 12 Sep 23

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
I keep getting this error when I try to run the code

That means exactly what it says, you have got two lines in your code which declare ntime. You need to delete one of them
