Is it possible to get Access to display a summed up total of hrs as for an example 36hrs 5 mins, or 36:05 rather than decimal 1.5 I have played with diffrent formats but can't get it right.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
I encountered a similar problem a while ago. But I was doing it in Excel.

What I would do is create a table with 2 columns one that has the hour in decimal format and the other as the hour. Then create a query from that.

Does that help?
