Ok here's my question, this works, but how do I prove that 2.24 hours is the same as 2.40 hours?
10 * 2.24 is 21.83 and 2.40 * 10 is 24.00. This does a great job with the conversion.
But, I still need to explain to someone from Mexico that went to the 3rd grade that he is paid the same using either clock.
If I divide 18 by 60 I get .3 and if I divide 30 by 100 I also get .3
