the date isn't the newest date in the column

IIt's pulling the date for the right client number but it isn't the newest date for that named range

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
EDIT: It's pulling a correct date for the client number closets to the number 1 but it isn't the newest date for that named range

I want to pull the newest date no matter what the client number is, but instead it finds a client number that is closest to the number 1 and uses that date instead of the newest date for any client number in the named range JUDI9
