Table with "Consecutive Numbers"

Thx for accepting me in this beautiful forum ^^
Now i got a huge problem with this excel, i really don't know how to complete it.
As the file example, i got this data column (400k), data are not consecutives (but they are in ascending order), and i need to "order" them in the other table (the "yellow" one), where each row is composed of a "group" of consecutive numbers (from... to...), for example the first numbers 400004 e 400006 are not consecutive with each other, so they will fill 2 different rows.
Sorry for my english, i tried to speak simple as i can ^^
I really hope that someone could help me. Thx ^^
