Using SUMIF or SUMIFS results in #VALUE in the formula table, but calculates correctly. I've tried both SUMIFS using =SUMIFS('All Data PINS Identified'!Q:Q,'All Data PINS Identified'!A:A,A3) and SUMIF using =SUMIF('All Data PINS Identified'!A:Q,A2,'All Data PINS Identified'!Q:Q). #VALUE shows in the Sum_range, Criteria_range1 for SUMIFS and in the Range for SUMIF. However, the formula calculates correctly. Why is the #VALUE error showing?

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Do you mean it shows #value if you click on the fx button to the left of the formula bar?

If I enter the formula using the fx button, I see the #VALUE on the selections I make in the table that is generated by the fx box.

The 'FUNCTION ARGUMENTS' box shows Sum_Range where I make my selection this is followed by '=" and then '#VALUE!"

Don't worry about it, I think it's always done that if you are looking at a different sheet.
