SUMIFS in VBA

Hi, can anyone explain me how to translate this formula excel into VBA?

=SUMIFS($H:$H,$A:$A,$A2,$B:$B,$B2,$D:$D,$D2,$E:$E,$E2)

One thing that might help is to use helper rows in the data table. For example you can use the Month() function to extract the month number then you can use an if criteria on that column instead of the date, the same is true for year or any other criteria. Personally I like using helper rows because you dont have to nest as much info in the same place which makes error tracking a bit faster.
