Hi

Is there a function to calculate the total of the figures between 1 and a given number ?

ie.
the sum of 1 - 24 = 300
the sum of 1 - 36 = 666

In reality I want to enter 24 in cell A1 and in B1 display the result 300

Hi, Ben,

I've really read this story about Einstein
he was poor in math at school because it was too easy
I can imagine he was superb when challenged
(don't know what Grade 2 is)

surely Gauss did the same
FYI, me too

best regards,
Erik
