I have similar data in column A and in Column D, I want to match the two column and sum the values of corresponding column B.
I need a formula.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

it should be 242 for SAP and 450 for Wind Svc,
the formula should add up if data matched in the two cells.

When you say this, do you mean the additional "0" at the start of the IDs in the left table?

If this is the problem, try:

=SUM(IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(RIGHT(A5:A10,LEN(A5:A10)-1),D4:D12,0)),B5:B10))

Though this returns -230.5 for SAP?

No, actually in table one the number of rows are less than table number two, the two tables are not of equall size.
