Spill Sequence referencing three columns of data

I found this thread where the solution where the solution from @smozgur woks great except I have three columns of data instead of two. I'm having trouble trying to take the formula and scale it for three columns.

How can I create a formula that will repeat each item in the first column and spill with each date listed in the column next to it?

Here's his formula:

Oops, had the wrong value in the Mod function, it should be

=LET(a,B2#,b,C2#,c,FILTER(D2:D10,D2:D10<>""),ra,ROWS(a),rb,ROWS(b),rc,ROWS(c),HSTACK(TOCOL(IF(SEQUENCE(,rb*rc),a,1/0),2),INDEX(b,MOD(INT(SEQUENCE(ra*rb*rc,,0,1/rc)),rb)+1),TOCOL(IF(SEQUENCE(,ra*rb),c,1/0),2,1)))

This worked. Can I throw a curve ball at you? If, and only if Data column 1 says 003, I need data column C to say A and C instead of A and B

Please note that when marking a post as the solution, please mark the actual thread that contains the solution (not your own post acknowledging that some other post is the solution).

You will notice that once you mark a post as the solution, it also appears at the very top under the original question, so anyone can easily see at quick glance the original question and the solution. So marking any post that does not actually contain the solution would kind of defeat the purpose of that.
