sorting by last name

I am trying to sort a column by last name, but the cells have "first name then last name"

how do I sort by last name?

Hello Burrgogi,

I am not acutally sorting on middle name. I used the first sample to extract and sort by last name. The other quesitons had to do with extracting the middle name into its own cell for another operation and I would have carried that over figure out how to extract only the first name as well. I agree, not many would sort on middle name, again, I am just trying to figure out how to extract three sets of info from one cell, First, Middle, and Last names. Thanks.
