Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
The only problem is when there are more then 1 game starting with the same time.

Your test data had no repeated times.

in H2
=IF(B2<>"",TEXT(B2,"hh:mm")&D2,H1)
in I2
=(B2<>"")*1+(AND(B2="",D2<>"")*2+AND(C2="",D2="")*3)

Select the range to sort on (not complete columns) including columns H and I
Sort on column H
and column I
