SmartView 9.1.3.5 in Excel 2007

I have SmartView client v 9.3.1.5 installed on Excel 2007.

The client was installed and connection to server was created properly.

However,
1. When opening a smartview enabled worksheet, there is not prompt for username/password. I am needing to go to Hyperion-Connect to manually connect.
2. The cells with formulae shows #NAME error. Clicking refresh button throws an error.

I had everything working OK in Excel 2003 and previous version of SmartView (9.3.1.2)

Can somebody help me on this?
