SMALL function used with INDEX function does not return all values

I am attempting to find all values from a power quarry table and return all orders for a specific machine. The return value does not return all values from the combined power quarry table. How do I get around this to grab all?

Yes, that would help. I will certainly do this in the future. Just getting started on forums.

Upon further digging, I found that the original source data, which was an an exported excel file from another software system, was displaying the numeric values as text vs numeric values. Once this was identified, the issue was resolved.
