Showing data from tables and queries based off those tables

I have tables which consist of my inputs. Then i have a query which uses those inputs for calculations. When I try to show both of them on the same form it will not let me. How am i supposed to show the inputs and the calculations on the same form and report? Please help

More information would be helpful, but before you do, consider this:

In your query, you can have both the table data AND the calculated values - just select the data and then add the calculated fields. Then just base your form or report on your query.
You could also base the form/report on your table and do the calculations in the form/report.
