Hi Experts,

I am looking for a shortcut key (if possible) to remove full row in excel. Basically I have a huge list with:
Company Name - First Name - Last Name - Email Address

What I am doing is Going through each row and when there is a Email which match company name instead of first and last name I have to remove the full row. This will be a very bore task if i each time select the full row by mouse and delete it. I would rather like to press a single button from keyboard to remove the current row and move on to next.

Please tell me if there is a way to do this?

Thanks in advance

The shortcut should always work as desired as long as the entire row is selected. I get caught by that caveat too!
A macro to delete the entire row of the selected range or active cell could be assigned a key stroke or a button on the QAT. (The CTRL+"-" does have the advantage of already being reversible by the CTRL + Z command )
When I have similar cases of deleting rows, I'll add an index column so I can re-sort and then return to the original order.
Then use filtering and sorting to group blocks of rows together to delete rather than just 1-at-a-time.
