Hi All,

I'm very new to excel and would like to automate shipping rates based on best service provider with cost and deliver days.

I googled it and found this can be done via vlookup.

Like i have three logistics partner, from all three x(first logistics partner) is servicing most of the pincodes other two Y & Z are servicing limited.

here is comparison that i need from this,

1) shipping rates vs pin codes vs courier partner vs cost= courier partner and cost(this has to result the exact courier that i can ship with the best price).
2) shipping rates vs pincodes vs courier partner vs days vs cost = courier partners , shipping cost and days(this has to result the days that will take along with the best price)

like x,y and z is servicing to pincode 123456

please see the below scenarios,

one has to result days that will take to deliver.

and another result should be price(that combines cod or prepaid order along with the shipping price)

Thanks for your help in advance.

hi Dili,

Thanks for your response.

I've got this from the same forum but i need the below from it,

sheet1 will have complete order details and rest of the sheets contains waybill no's.

sheet 1 has already calculated the best price by comparing with the logistics partners Say x,y and z.

I'd like to have waybill no's according to the courier, has to pick from the other sheets.

let say if x is the best service provider then the order has to take the waybill no from sheetx, if second order also concludes with the same courier then it has to take the second value from the x not the same value and so on.

Okay.. Updated your workbook. In Pin code sheet, I have entered "620809" in orange cell. Now what you need in 'awb number' column ? - If I am getting it correct.
