Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Re: sharong workbooks

I did, but the file resides on our network not "
SharePoint Online, OneDrive or OneDrive for Business." as required.
Is there no other way?

Re: sharong workbooks

Do the users need to make changes at the same time, or just view it?

Re: sharong workbooks

I Would prefer that they could ONLY view it,not even save as or copy data.

Re: sharong workbooks

In that case save it to a network drive everyone can see & flag it as read-only

Re: sharong workbooks

As long as they don't need to change anything, it's not a problem.
More than one person can have the workbook open at the same time.
