Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Did you open the Linked Table Manager in Access and try to navigate to the folder where the file is kept? On ribbon,
External Data > New Data Source > From File > ...

I think you're missing the point - it shows how to get the SP path and then use it wherever you want to link it to. At least that's my understanding. I have pushed Access data from Access to SP workbooks using Automation and can tell you that you need to know that server path to even get started. I guess that's about all I can offer. Hope you figure it out.

Yes man. Thank you. I know how to get the path of a SP file but how i'm connecting the path with access? This was my question. Where is the option on access "get data from web"? Thank you anyway for replying.

There are 12 or so options on where to get external data from. Did you not find them from suggestion in post 2?
